How to prepare Neem Extract

As you all aware Neem has many nutrients to kill germs, Thats the reason its been used as natural fertilizer, feed for cattle etc...  Neem juice is very good to humans , because it help us in killing germs and its also a natural anti-bio-tic . But the plain Neem juice will be much bitter. Here i will say you the simple way to prepare that.

Ingredients:
Grind  everything in a mixie and extract the juice of it and drink it.
Remember this  will be  bitter, but it has great values.
  • Kills Worms in the Stomach
  • Natural anti-bio-tics
  • Builds your Immunity
  • Cure for Digestion purpose 
  • Kills germs in the body
Note: This is my mom's preparation. she used to give this to me once in a week, after i took OIL Bath

Mosquito Coils Affect Lungs

Mosquito  is the biggest enemy for most of the house holders. After sun set, this insect will rises and end their journey till next day sun rise. They become the biggest disturbance to children, so people will switch on their mosquito coil to avoid these insect to bite them and disturb their midnight dreams :) . Best way to get a deep sleep

If we are stressed out and we are lacking in good deep sleep, we would have tried best steps like having a full meal as dinner/ taking some pills ,etc... But i have experienced a good sleep by doing a simple thing @ home.

  • Dip you Feet in Hot water for 30 mins
    • Take some hot water in a bucket and put some salt in that. Tilt it 
    • Now dip both of your feet in that and let it be there for 30 mins
    • You're Done

    • De-Stress your body
    • reduces the heat in your body and makes your body cool

How to make Dry Fruit shake in Home?

Dry fruit Shake is very healthy to your body, it gives you good fat and a best compliment instead of a evening snacks. You can make this @ home and serve to your guests.
Ingredients Required:

  • Dry Fruits [Fig,Cashew,Dry Grapes,Badam[Almond],Pista]
  • Milk  
  • Sugar/Honey/Dates Syrup/Sugar Free Capsule
Steps:
  • Mix milk and fig in a mixie and let it grind it fro some time and make sure that fig is grinded properly
  • Add Sugar and put pieces of dry grapes, almond and cashew and let it settle down in the mixture
  • Gently stir the mixture so dry fruits are spread everywhere in the shake.

What should u think when you meditate ?

The one word answer for the question is Nothing. But most of the people think about their past/future while they sat for meditation which's not correct. I accept that even i think something rubbish when i m meditating . No one is born right, only the practice makes them perfect.
  To focus on the concentration , many people  use mantras. The main reason people are suggesting not to think when you meditate is only that time you can realize the positive force of energy flowing in you. In your body, numerous actions are taking place even without your permission. So if you wanna control and realize whats happening in you . just meditate.
  There are various kinds of meditation, but what i follow is SandhyaVanthanam  , even though its not a complete meditation  Pranayama is part of this

Dont use earphone while walking

Today morning i was walking in a park. I saw so many people walking / jockeying with their earphone listening to music. One advice from me is please Dont wear earphone at least when you were doing this workouts. The reason is you were doing workouts to make your body so flexible and relax and be healthy of course, during that time just be relax and make you ears as well calm. Just by listening music at all time, it will lower your listening capabilities . So please avoid that at least that time..

Walk to Office

     Being as a Bus Day today, i decided to parked my bike and go to office by walk in the morning. After few distance i have seen a hotel , so i had my breakfast[which i will be skipping most of the days], then i continued my walk. The road was full of traffic and polluted. I wonder why people not following the initiatives organised by the government to cut down the traffic and the pollution.
  My Humble request for all the people who were using vehicles for travel to their offices. At least only one working day in a month, goto office in a public transport or if its nearby go by walk if its nearby

Face Massage With Fruits in home

Its a quite familiar saying that Face is the index of mind. Everyone in this world will spend at least 10 mins per day in front of the mirror for makeup including all genders. Its our duty to keep our face clean and good . Girls opt for massage par lours to do face massage and face clean
 Today i am gonna teach you about doing face massage with Fruits in home.

Needed Items for Massage:
  • Fruits need to be chopped in small pieces
    • Pineapple and Papaya  - Squash this mixture in a small bowl. do not grind it , smash it with your fingers
    • Orange - peel the cover and take only the pulpy one and keep it in a bowl 
    • Water melon  - chop into small pieces
    • Buy fresh cream [milk cream] and grind it with cucumber and make it as a paste
  • A cup of distilled water and raw mild and few cotton.
    • you can use rose water instead of clean milk 

To DO:
  • First do a complete face wash with the cold water and clean the face with the cotton.
    • This will help you out in cleaning the dust in your face directly. Dont use soap
  • Then clean your face with raw milk or rose water with the cotton.
  • Now Apply mixture of Pineapple and Papaya and give a gentle massage in your face. 
    • This helps in increasing the  pigment in your skin
    • Massage should be done in round direction
    • Mins - 10 mins
  • Now clean your face with the raw milk. 
  • Apply water melon mixture or place watermelon pieces on the face and give a gentle massage
  • Then clean the face with the milk and apply cucumber paste on you face 
    • This will helps you to keep your face cool and healthy 
    • Mins - 10 mins
  • Then clean it with milk and apply orange pulp and do a gentle massage
    • This will remove acne in the skin
    • Have a slice of cucumber on your eyes and take a nice rest.
      • You can play your favorite music to keep you so pleasurable
    • Mins - 10 mins
  • After that wash your face with cold water. Dont use soap.
Thats it . Look the Mirror . You look beautiful 

Dont :
  •  Dont use fruits which were rich in citrus acid like Lemon and Pineapple directly on the skin

  • Take few FenuGreek seeds and soak it in water in the night time before you go to bed. When you wake up in the morning , grind it with water and apply the Mixture in the head and do a gentle massage and rinse it well with water. Do the same for a month. 
    • This will makes your body so cool, so do this only on summer
  • Take Handful of white sesame seeds and chew it in the morning
  • Eat Amla Daily
  • Drink carrot or lettuce or spinach juice daily

Tips to avoid Snoring

It recommends working out whether snoring comes from the nose or throat, reports the Daily Express. If you can make a snoring noise with your mouth open and closed, try this: stick your tongue out as far as it will go and grip it between your teeth.Try to make a snoring noise. If it is reduced, you are probably a "tongue-base snorer", meaning your tongue is vibrating and causing the problem. If you are a "nose snorer" you snore with a closed mouth, it says.

  • Sleep on your side
    • The theory is that when we lie on our backs the tongue and muscles in the throat collapse, constricting the airway and causing snoring.
  • Higher pillows
    • This aims to keep the airways open by supporting the neck so the throat is less constricted. It works fairly well until you fall asleep and slump down in the bed.
  • Breathe Right Nasal Strips
    • These are supposed to open your nostrils from the outside and they certainly do seem to do this. They can also provide temporary relief from nasal congestion and stuffiness caused by colds and allergies.
  • Snoreeze Oral Strips
    • These dissolving mint-flavoured strips target the main cause of snoring and are ideal if you tend to snore more when lying on your back. They contain a time-release formula, which coats the back of the throat throughout the night and reduces the vibrations of the soft tissues, helping to stop snoring.
  • Snoreeze Throat Spray
    • This lubricates and tones the soft tissues at the back of the throat that vibrate and make you snore.
  • Nozovent

    • The British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association says its herbal nasal spray shrinks the lining of the nostril, creating more space to breathe.     • You should cut down on cigarettes or, better still, give up completely. Also, try to have your last alcoholic drink at least four hours before you go to bed. (ANI)

Consume Fruits Regularly



Its a good habit of consuming food regularly,
but before that we need to know what type of nutients
is available in which fruit..
To my knowledge, I have collected some information
about fruits and their nature.

Lets look into this and know about them..

KIWI:

  • Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE:

  • An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY:

  • Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE :

  • Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON:

  • Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene — the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.

GUAVA & PAPAYA:

Drinking Cold Water after a Meal = Cancer!

Can u believe this?? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
  • It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal.
  • However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed.
  • It will slow down the digestion.
  • Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food.
  • It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer.
  • It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

What is the correct way of Eating Fruits?

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat. FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH…If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities..



FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD:
  • Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so. In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....
  • So please eat your fruits on an empty stomachor before your meals! You have heard people complaining — every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc — actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.
  • The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!
  • Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, anddark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.
  • There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight
  • When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins
  • But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!
