Yummy Snack Bites!!!

Many people love their tea time in the evening, especially office goers because only that time, they can go to a balcony, get some fresh air and have a drink that reduce their stress and have fun. For them, i would suggest this yummy tea time snacks which can be done easily.
 Ingredients Needed:
  •  50 50 Biscuit
  • Fruit Jam
Method :
  Just Apply the jam between these two biscuits and combine and have a bite. That will be very tasty. Comment me how tasty its is !!!

Egg less Chocolate cake

This is for the Chocolate lovers who wants to make a chocolate cake without egg.
Ingredients:
  •    Few Pieces of Chocolate/coco powder
  •    Milk Maid  
  •   Dry Fruits
Method:
   In a bowl, take the chocolates/coco powder and heat it up. After the chocolate is boiled, you will get hot chocolate mixture . Now switch off your stove and mix this solution with milk maid and mix it well with a blender. [You can even add cheese and sugar blended with this mixture]. Now add dry fruits in it and give a gentle mix.
 Now take  a  vessel and apply the butter at the vessel and pour this mixture and keep it in oven, wait till it get baked.
 Thats it,Egg less Chocolate Cake is ready to serve


How to make Soft Chapati?

This is one of the toughest part to make Chapati softer. Even buying a high protein and costlier flour , cook cant make soft Chapati. Here i will suggest you one of  the easiest way to make it softer.
Method:
  •   When you mix the flour with water, use hot water, so u can get the softness in Chapati
This had been tried by my cousin and its working good. Make a hassle free soft Chapati.

Toasted Butter Bread

Most of the office goers [especially bachelors] skip breakfast [including me :) ] , because the common reason is "Busy/No Time/  Woke up Late, so need to goto office fast". Through this article i will suggest you some nice , healthy breakfast . 

Ingredients:
  • Slice of Bread
  • Butter 
  • Pepper Powder
Equipments Needed
  • Bread Toaster/
How to do ?

Take a slice of bread and apply butter on it and place it on toaster. After few mins, take it out. Dont let the bread toast so much. Now take few pepper powder and put it on top of this slice . Thats it, its ready.

It tastes exactly like a bread omelet.

Nungu Juice

 Palm tree which is very easily grown in southern India, has a fruit name Nungu/Nongu[in Tamil]. This fruit is seasonable and its available only in summer from March to June . Squash of this fruit [Nungu Squash] would be very tasty and health to the body.

Ingredients:

  •  Nongu - 5 - 6 pieces
  • Sugar - few teas spoon
  • Mint Leaves - few
Method:
  • Add Nongu, Sugar and mint leaves and grind it in a Juicer and keep the mixture in refrigerator for an hour and serve it. 
You could experience a nice thirst relief natural drink in summer. 

Drink cool and be cool.

Bread Uppuma

Ingredients Required:

  • Oil  - 3 tea spoon
  • Bread 4 pieces --- removed the border of the bread for the better taste
  • One Onion, few green chilies
Method:
  Keep a vessel in stove and pour oil into that. When the oil got heated up, add chopped onions and green chillies and fry it till you get the brown color . Now take the bread and break into small pieces and put it in the vessel for 2 mins and fry it.
 Bread uppuma is ready to serve.

(Godumai)Wheat Halwa

No of Days Required : 2 days
Ingredients Required : 500 gm Wheat; 1 Kg Sugar, 1.5 Kg Ghee.[It will result in 25 pieces of Halwa], few Cardamom[For Flavor]

Preparation Method:
= = = = = = = = = =

  • Dip Wheat in water for five hours. After that, put the wheat in grinder.. Let it grind for 10 mins.. Then take out the wheat and extract only the milky solution from it and preserve it in a vessel.. Repeat this process for another 4 times.
    • After this, finally you will be getting a milky solution from the wheat. Preserve ONLY the milky solution in dry, cool place[Let it be for 48 hrs]
  • Now After 48 hrs of time., take a bowl and add water to it and keep it on the stove. Add sugar to it and stir it well. After sometime, you can see  the color of the mixture would be in light brown color. 
  • At that point of time, now pour the wheat milk into the bowl and keep on stirring it. While you were stirring the mixture from top to bottom , add ghee in parallel to that Halwa mixture .
  • Add few pieces of cardamom to the Halwa mixture, just to add  the flavor
  • After few minutes[Min : 40 - 60 mins], pour the mixture in a tray..
  • Keep the tray in  a dry, cool place.... Then cut the Halwa pieces  according to your need.
