Today, due to the economic slowdown, the professional life was worse than ever. To be frank, three R's are dominating their life. They were Recruitment, Retention and Recession. If a guy is recruited by the company, he would be in joy. His face would be glowing like a light. The next thing is Retention, which is the hikes or perks or incentives given to him by his performance, by the company. The Professonals would be happy with the first two R's. The third thing is Recession, which act as gateway from the floor to the ground.
Every professonal in this world are facing with the third R now. I pray the almighty in behalf of all, to show a positive sign in the Professonal Life
