Reduce Traffic Sensibly

 Traffic is the deadliest and boring  word for all the people who need to travel in the city. Though the city management come up with flyovers and underlay bridges to overcome the traffic at busy junction/cross roads was not adequate because of the drastic increase in population in urban areas. If you ask me a solution , what i would suggest is manage the traffic sensibly.
  Say there is a a busy road in the city, which has denser volume of 10,000 vehicles per day. So first we need to identify whats the root cause for the traffic . If there are more than 2 malls /shopping mark/company,schools within a distance of 500 meters, such things should be shifted to a new location in order to cut down the traffic at those areas. Commercial buildings are required for market growth in that area, what i am suggesting is, if the city is growing it should be a uniform growth. So accordingly the traffic volume will go down slowly.

•  Bus Day should be made compulsory at least once in a quarter [once in every three months]. That day there should not be any cars and bikes running [except emergency condition]  and more buses should operate on that day to avoid rushes.
• No Single Driving should be allowed in traffic hours [expect in case of emergency]
• Whoever have a vehicle should grow a plant/tree in their locality where they stay
• Say if they have 2 cars and a bike, they should maintain and grow three trees/plants
• No Heavy Vehicles should be running in the city premises at least from 6.00 a.m to 10.00 pm everyday
• Eventhough the city transport department has this rule, still we can see some lorries /tankers are running in the city in the day time. 
• Traffic Police should be strict on them  by cancelling their permit temporarily
• Separate lanes should be there for cyclist
• This will promote many bicyclers in urban areas and reduce traffic

Citizens, please follow  steps taken by the government / local body who is in power to control traffic and other good initiatives which will benefit us and the society 

Last Day In My College

May 8, 2009 was my last exam in my bachelor degree . After the exam got completed, we were little happy that our studies got over. U can ask me why little happy, the reason was we need to find a job to initialize our carrier when the world is in a disaster state of recession. Keeping everything apart in one corner of  mind, we started celebrating that day, because we knew that day never come back again in our life.
 Each and every person we saw that day, remembered us the past 4 years of our college life. We had experienced all the genres of life in our college.  With all memories and joy ,we left the college that day. For Every graduate their last days are more memorable, when you ask them why they will almost come up with the  answer like
          "Only that day we threw our egos and started partying with all the people,
            Only That Day we were together ,
            Only that day we have  realized Thats the first day that we were stepping out for a carrier growth"

Why fuel Prices target only the Bikers

Recently in India, the fuel prices have gone up. Petrol had increased to ~ 8.5/- per litre. Its directly affecting the bikers , because most of the riders in India are struggling with their mileage performance of their vehicle and again the government is keep on increasing the fuel prices every quarter of the year .
   When i bought my bike one and half year back, the petrol price was some 55 - 60 Indian rupees , now it was 80- 85 rupees. This was a huge hike in the petrol price. The Worst thing is our salary hike is very less than the hike of the fuel prices. To be Worser, every-time, the government is keep on increasing only the petrol not other fuel  like diesel,kerosene,LPG...,, Because those will create a major impact in the society, it will increase price of so many things..
 Government should come up with proper steps to eradicate this issue. If not there will big issue one day which will be much much bigger than Anna hazare campaign for against corruption

Avoid Jump in Humps

Day by Day we are learning some new things through our experience or from some other advice.Riding bikes differs whether you ride it on street or highway.  Here i am going to share with you what  have learned recently.  few days back we were riding bike on Mysore highway. Suddenly we have seen many humps on the road, some were without sign-boards , so it was becoming tough time for us to control the bike at that time.
                 So when you are experiencing such a situation, Dont press front bakes immediately because it will skit your bike badly. Instead apply brakes slowly. Say you were in 100 km/hr speed, apply gently so it will reduce to 80 km/hr speed, hold for 1 or 2 sec, then apply again it will down to 50 km/hr speed, then you can manage.


Dont accelerate your bike this time.. Ride Safely.

Hampi Express Accident

Hampi Express which were coming to Bangalore from Andhra Pradesh   collide with the goods train  today morning around 3.15 am   in a place name Penokonda. As per the probe, 18 were found death and 35 were grievously injured .
The railway Minister Mukul Roy is on the way to the spot . The Railway Ministry announced 5 lakhs to the people who died, 1 lakh to the people who met with grievous injuries and 50,000 thousand for the people who met with minor injuries.
As per the officials, the Hampi express was over-speed and it crossed a signal and hit the goods train

This season of IPL is the most exciting season, that i have ever season in the past five years. Every team is  competing  well to grab the trophy . But as everyone know, only one team is going to be the winner.  The Champions last time Chennai Super Kings luckily entered play-off when RCB is defeated by Deccan Chargers in yesterday crucial game .
 So now, all the four metros of India were fighting in the play-off. Being as a Chennai supporter, felt happy that Chennai went to play-off. Let's wait and see whether Chennai is going to make the hat-trick.

Across all regions of Tamilnadu, the biggest thing which is disturbing the common public is power cut. In cities, the power cuts ranges between two hours per day , whereas in urban areas, it ranges between 2- 10 hours. But  on May 1, there was no power cuts happened in the state. this is because  ,  most of the factories, industries were on OFF , so the  power consumption came down drastically and it met all the needed power supply for the state.
 So one thing is very clear here, the government Dont have any alternative source to compensate the increasing power need in the state. the public should understand this and they should save the power which were running un-necessarily, they can use solar cells and wind energy for the alternative sources for their power need. For these kind of issues we should stop blaming  only the government and we should also be active and involved to resolve this out for a better future

Human beings usually have five fingers in their hand, but now we are going to see about their sixth finger i mean the cellphone. In last five years, cellphone industry have seen huge profit so as the service providers. There are nine popular service providers in Bangalore city like Airtel,Aircel, Tata Docomo,....

 Each provider records a 50 lakhs call  on a hour basis. So total of 4.5 Crores calls are made on the city for an hour. now think about a day 24 * 4.5 = 108 Crores calls per day . WOW

 Few days back when Earthquake hit Indonesia , 45 lakhs calls are recorded additionally  in addition to 4.5 crore calls per hour. Just imagine the traffic density . It will be huge.

Dont Bribe for getting Driving License

The basic qualification to ride a vehicle is to get the Driving license. In India, getting license is very easy job. if you goto any RTO some agents/brokers will be there, if you bribe some money to them, in no minute you will get the license. For getting two wheeler license , you first need to apply LL R. The application form is 30 /- and after you get LLR, you can get the license in 1- 6 months span.

 The application fees for DL application is Rs.250 /- , but the brokerage charge is 1000 + 250 /- . As a citizen, why we need to pay all these brokerage charges to some agents. The government should take series action against brokers or agents who were doing these activities in RTO's .

Development only in Chennai

 Chennai  is the wonderful and for-tuned place in tamilnadu, because it's the center for almost all the companies in the state. People belonging to different states,districts stay here. Like other cities, local residents population is very less in Chennai.
 But why  only the capital city is getting all the benefits from flyovers, colleges, IT's ,..... If this development is spread across the state, it will ensure the development throughout the state and it will ease many.

Removing Start up Programs in Windows

Whenever your PC starts , the default OS installed in your PC will be started loading. Along with the OS, some of the default program also will be start loading in windows. This will directly impact on your boot time. In order to reduce your boot time, you can disable some service in the start up. To do this

• Open Run Command in your windows [Windows + R key combination]
• Type msconfig, you will be getting System Configuration window , there you click Startup tab and un-select services that you dont want to start at the initial boout up stage and click Apply and OK 

Thats it. Do a Reboot and Check your boot time.

Very Difficult to wake up early in the morning

I am a damn and deep sleeper , if i started sleeping no one can wake me up. So i leave this as  an action item to my father, he used to call me every morning and make sure  i woke up. This  is a daily routine job of him . Today morning i was in a big dream, that time  i got a wake up call from my father . After answering the call, i asked him why he called me on a holiday, he said that today was Friday, not Saturday, then only i realized it was a working day.
        I need to get rid of this activity of my dad calls me on every  morning to wake up me. I tried many , but nothing actually workouts. Some day before sleeping, i will say to myself need to wake up @ -- : .. am, but some time i  woke up at the proper time, that i prayed last night, but most of the times, it was not working out.

I am a frequent drinker of hot beverages like tea and coffee. For a change, i stopped drinking those, instead i started consuming milk. There is a huge difference in me now. I am feeling headache , my body is not active and that showed me that i am addictive to those things earlier. Its the kind advise from me to all you guys to limit your caffeine intake.

Alternative Energy From High Ways

When i was in college, my junior came up with this idea. But no one supported and encouraged him on this. Here goes the idea.

Idea

• Placing some drums in road horizontally, so if any vehicle runs on it, the rods will rotate and based on the  rotation, some energy can be generated. 
• The rotation of the drums would be faster in highways, so more power can be generated.
• It would meet some percentage of electricity consumption

Its not my idea. Its my juniors one and i am saying this because through this post, if this idea has been implemented the sole credit should goto him.

• Buy fresh cream [milk cream] and grind it with cucumber and make it as a paste
• A cup of distilled water and raw mild and few cotton.
• you can use rose water instead of clean milk 

To DO:

• First do a complete face wash with the cold water and clean the face with the cotton.
• This will help you out in cleaning the dust in your face directly. Dont use soap
• Then clean your face with raw milk or rose water with the cotton.
• Now Apply mixture of Pineapple and Papaya and give a gentle massage in your face. 
• This helps in increasing the  pigment in your skin
• Massage should be done in round direction
• Mins - 10 mins
• Now clean your face with the raw milk. 
• Apply water melon mixture or place watermelon pieces on the face and give a gentle massage
• Then clean the face with the milk and apply cucumber paste on you face 
• This will helps you to keep your face cool and healthy 
• Mins - 10 mins
• Then clean it with milk and apply orange pulp and do a gentle massage
• This will remove acne in the skin
• Have a slice of cucumber on your eyes and take a nice rest.
• You can play your favorite music to keep you so pleasurable
• Mins - 10 mins
• After that wash your face with cold water. Dont use soap.

Tamarind Seed in Nose:
  It was almost 2 decades back, when i was in my kinder gardens , this incident happened. After my termly exam got over, my teacher distributed some books to have a look in the vacation. But i was playing with some tamarind seed in the floor. I started putting the seed in my nose and do a breath out to take the seed out of my nose. After a couple of times, the seed went inside my nose and got struck.  I tried many times but i couldn't able to take it out at all. I was really scared of my father.
 When i went to home, my father lifted me [i was 5-6 yrs old that time ] and he removed dust from my nose. He saw something was there. When i revealed the secret, they tried to take it out and i was rushed to my family doctor's clinic. After three hours, when i woke up i saw some tubes in my mouth and nose and got a huge advise from my doctor.
 I was stunned to see my father's eye was so worrying and there were tears nearby his eyes and when he gave me a hug, i started realizing he was not scaring me , he was really supporting and caring me in the name of love.

Petrol may rise upto Rs.4

Sooner the petrol prices are going high. This time its going very high. The central govt is planning to increase the price to 3 - 4 Rs per litre.  It will have a big impact on the people. In the last few years, petrol prices have gone very high. At least , the govt should come up with some other transportation to reduce the traffic and decrease in demand of petrol.

Do Mobile can Transmit Signal ?

I am from Electronics background, but i am working in an IT Sector. Recently i came with a doubt/idea why mobile cant transmit the signal. Imagine, if mobile can transmit and receive signal,

• then we can ableto reach a person even in the remote area. 
• GPS can work effectively. 
• Installation of Towers can be avoided

Y this can be done

• If a technology name Bluetooth can allows you to transmit your data from your mobile to another withing a distance of 2 meters. why cant be there some device installed in the mobile to transmit the signal between devices within availability of 100- 500 meters .
• Installation need for towers can be reduced - so this idea is a cost -effective thing

Y this cant be done

• Might be the transmission of the signal needs extra power. So the battery of the mobile might get emptied easily. 

But apart from battery issue , i think its a better idea. The readers of this article, should comment on this.

When i am in college i used to do some silly things to get the traffic for my blog which no longer active now. One among the idea is getting traffic from Internet center/ Internet cafe.

• Go to Internet Option Window, by opening the run command Window (Windows + R key) and type inetcpl.cpl , There you type the website address as home page.

So after that , if any people open the browser, your blog will open  and in-turn it increase the traffic of your site.

Then i understand the complete concept of blogs traffic and didn't post in that blog and started this blog. My old blog  was named as "Nook n Corner".

In this blog, i am started getting traffic naturally from search engines with the keywords.

Pragadeeswarar Temple

• Bread 4 pieces --- removed the border of the bread for the better taste
• One Onion, few green chilies

Method:
  Keep a vessel in stove and pour oil into that. When the oil got heated up, add chopped onions and green chillies and fry it till you get the brown color . Now take the bread and break into small pieces and put it in the vessel for 2 mins and fry it.

There was poll conducted by TOI on Tuesday , whether Sachin Tendulkar should quit from Indian Cricket team for ODI's after the poor performance by Indians in CB Series in Australia. As per the poll, 57 % of the people say yes and 41 % say No and 2 % didn't vote for anything.
One thing we need to remember is Sachien is not the only person in the team who is not performing well. When Indian team wins the World Cup, we said its a team effort, now too we should consider its a team effort. We need to analyse the team co-ordination and their performance. We should not blame only one person.
But we can expect sachien to quit for some other reason such as he got the highest scorer in ODI's or he should give way for youngsters. Thats appreciable, but he should not being asked to quit that he is not being performing well for a single series.Thats Bad !!!

Burglary in Alukkas

Alukkas, one of  the famous jewellery shop in Southern India had been burglarized by unknown persons in Thirupur, Tamilnadu some few days back. The police identified that the thieves broken the ventilator and entered the shop. They have looted gold and diamond ornaments worth over 7.5 Crores. The worst thing is the shop is located on busy main road and the police station is very nearby.
 In addition to this, there's no safety measures in the shop such as

• Security guards are very few
• No alarms  to alert the people
• No cameras in the shop to track the people whos in the building

Indian Government should come with some basic rules to install this security measures in banks, malls, theaters ans places which ever is crowded in order to avoid such burglary.

  Local people also suspect some other state people who were coming to tamilnadu without any ID -Proofs, because they do crime easily .
