If you are getting any email from anonymous users from online, you can easily trace the location of them. Every email that is reaching you would have an Header part. At first, you should know how to get the header for the incoming mail... I will give you some guidelines to get the Header part of your email… “Email header” will have all the information about the email that you have got from someone.. It would be having their IP address, their location and all the stuffs...
- Outlook 98, Outlook 2000, Outlook 2003
- Double Click the message to open it in a full window
- Click on "Options" in the "View" Menu
- Now you can copy and paste everything (press Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C)
- Outlook Express 4, 5 and 6
- Open the Message
- Click on the "File" menu
- Click on "Properties"
- Click the "Details" tab
- Click on "Message Source"
- Now you can copy and paste everything (press Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C)
- Yahoo Mail
- Right click on the message
- Click "Show Full Header"
- Now you can copy and paste the Email header
- Google Mail - Gmail
1. Open the mail.
2. To display the email headers click on the inverted triangle beside Reply. Then select Show Orginal.
3. You may can now copy the headers
- Hotmail
- Rightlick the message in the message List.
- Click on "View Source"
- Now you can copy and paste the Email header
- Mozilla Thunderbird
- Open the email.
- Click in the menu on VIEW / Headers and select All.
- Now you can copy and paste the Email header

Now paste the header part in the box after clicking the above link and click “Trace Email Sender”…Thats it, it would display the location of the sender
I think, it’s the easiest way to trace the culprit…
