Proxy Setting is Grayed out

I have  a faced  a problem that suddenly one day my proxy setting is grayed out and i cant able to choose my  proxy to access few websites that are blocked. So from surfing i have figured out an workaround to enable proxy in my System.
Steps to Do:-

• Open Registry Editor in your PC. to do so open run command and type "regedit" and select Enter, it will open Registry  Editor Window
• In that go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE=>SOFTWARE=>Policies=>Microsoft=>Windows=>Internet Settings
• When you click Internet Settings on the right hand side, you can see value name  "ProxySettingsPerUser"  , if the Data of that Name is 0, then change it to 1. To change that, make a right click on that item, select Modify and change it to 1. In case if the value is already one and your proxy is grayed out, then you can delete it  and restart your computer.
• Your Proxy settings wont be grayed out.
• To anable proxy settings, type inetcpl.cpl in run command and you can Internet Options Popup, there under Connections Tab => LAN Settings and enable your Proxy.
