Drink and Drive caught reason

Traffic Cops are doing a good job but about the cops r they.... ??? The main reason for drink and drive reason caught is still liquor shops are selling their stocks illegally in night after 11 in Bangalore.. No body is caring this or minding this. In my locality there is a liquor shop, which has to be closed at 11.00, but some times it will be closed by 12.00. Even after that people come and knock the doors and pay extra to get the liquors. Even police is aware that these people are selling liquors illegally . But police is not responding this and they are also getting the bribe for this activity. We could be seeing many cops vehicle nearby Liquor Shops just to collect the money. This is the main reason people comes out @ night and go to Liquor Shop again to buy some more drinks. If this been stopped and eradicated properly, then drink and drive caught would be less.
