Death Sentence to Kasab

Its  the heart braking incident happened on Nov 26, 2008 when Mumbai was in hands of evil hands . Many people got killed including foreigners [~116 people] all due to the deadliest attack by terrorists on the streets of Mumbai. Sub Inspector of Police, Thukkaram bravely catched a terrorist name Kasab . But that sub inspector become the victim of the terrorist , he was shot . Kasab was given dead sentence on 2010, but someone applied a petition of Supreme court, but the judgement was issued today, that death sentence is must for him.
 But now they were in plan to apply for grace to the President, that one will happen only @ the end of this year. Till then they will not announce the date when the death sentence is.
 Y and What the hell this government is waiting for . He is a criminal, he had shotted many police officers
and soldiers, there are many eye witness .
 Even with so many eye witness , this case is taking 4 years for the judgement . What the hell is this man ,  our country needs to be developed a lot
