If we are stressed out and we are lacking in good deep sleep, we would have tried best steps like having a full meal as dinner/ taking some pills ,etc... But i have experienced a good sleep by doing a simple thing @ home.
- Dip you Feet in Hot water for 30 mins
- Take some hot water in a bucket and put some salt in that. Tilt it
- Now dip both of your feet in that and let it be there for 30 mins
- You're Done

- reduces the heat in your body and makes your body cool
