Everyone in India has a general opinion that, if they worked in a call center their communication will improve. I too thought the same thing, so i joined a top leading call center in Chennai.At the early stages, i was learning something new about computers, hardwares, OS..., But later on, I was put to work for Anti virus Removal Department.
The work flow was the customer who brought the product would call us and we need to assist them to install the softwares or remove virus from their computers or laptops. The work was really nice. I learnt a lot from Americans.
But the work timings was worst. The actual timings are 10 hours a day with one hour break that too only night shifts. The worst thing is i slept only for five hours a day, have food only two times day which really made me sick.
Finally after four months of time, i was very good in my communication, accent is really good, but my health is lost. So i quit that job. So guys who were working on call center, pay attention for you health as well
