(Godumai)Wheat Halwa

No of Days Required : 2 days
Ingredients Required : 500 gm Wheat; 1 Kg Sugar, 1.5 Kg Ghee.[It will result in 25 pieces of Halwa], few Cardamom[For Flavor]

Preparation Method:

• Dip Wheat in water for five hours. After that, put the wheat in grinder.. Let it grind for 10 mins.. Then take out the wheat and extract only the milky solution from it and preserve it in a vessel.. Repeat this process for another 4 times.
• After this, finally you will be getting a milky solution from the wheat. Preserve ONLY the milky solution in dry, cool place[Let it be for 48 hrs]
• Now After 48 hrs of time., take a bowl and add water to it and keep it on the stove. Add sugar to it and stir it well. After sometime, you can see  the color of the mixture would be in light brown color. 
• At that point of time, now pour the wheat milk into the bowl and keep on stirring it. While you were stirring the mixture from top to bottom , add ghee in parallel to that Halwa mixture .
• Add few pieces of cardamom to the Halwa mixture, just to add  the flavor
• After few minutes[Min : 40 - 60 mins], pour the mixture in a tray..
• Keep the tray in  a dry, cool place.... Then cut the Halwa pieces  according to your need.

Usually we used to have a water bottle in office desks. We fill water in the morning. On a Monday morning, i found one of my friends bottle in the pantry and he used to drink only hot water. So i washed that bottle with cold water and filled it completely with hot water and carried to his desk. He thanked me for this activity at start. After few minutes, he felt thirsty and he drank  the water from the bottle. Suddenly he spitted the water on the floor and he started scolding me that Water is too hot.
I didn't realize that the water would be so hot. Even his water bottle would be like a flask not a plastic one.

Say if you take Tamilnadu, there are around 502 Engg Colleges are there. All of them are AICTE approved and this count will increase in the nearby future. In a popular college in Chennai, the course fees per annum is Rs25-30 K, but you have to pay an additional of 70 K for the hostel,food and accommodation facilities. This fee is compulsory.

Thats the reason i mentioned Education became a good business. But few questions became doubtful 

1.Will quality and Standard of education will be good ? 

2. Will Education System be re modified?

Almost every time, we gone for a lunch to 13 Spices, only we would be there in the restaurant. Its a less crowded restaurant. Surprisingly, the food would be damn good among the nearby restaurants available. We ordered Maki's Dal, which was very tasty. The desserts were also good. We liked Lassie and Chocolate Heaven.

Dis-Advantage: Air-Conditioning is not good.

Now-a-days, most of the people in the world are aware of global warming. There's a lot of initiatives done by many welfare organisation in many ways such as recycling, avoiding plastics, constructing Eco-friendly products and more importantly promoting awareness to the people. Its good to  hear that people start following and they are adopting all these changes. But i guess, they can do a little better. I have listed few points below, where people can make use of it

• Dont use Lifts
• I have seen many people going to gym in offices. But when they are in office, they use to take Lift even for 1 or 2 floor, rather than this they can actually take stairs, it would be an exercise to them as well as a chance to save power to this environment or your future
• Avoid Plastics
• People started taking juices or tender coconut water naturally, rather than going for packed one. Its appreciable  that they are taking juices in recycled paper glasses. But they are not realizing that straw is a plastic. If your teeth are strong , you can Avoid Straw.
• Walk
• Even for shopping to the nearest market, many were using their vehicle. They can actually walk to that point. If you do this, your children will start following this. Now you can be a roll model to your future generation
• Throw garbage in Dustbins
• If you are having some chocolates or ice creams or whatever, Dont throw the garbage tissue, paper or skin of a fruit or wrapper of candy is in Streets,throw it  in a dustbin, if the dustbin is not there, have it with you itself, throw it in dustbin later , when you find it.

How to write in Tamil?

I am a Software Engineer working in an MNC in Bangalore, but my native is Tamil-Nadu. My team lead birthday was on last Wednesday. On his greeting card, everyone in our team was wishing him by writing some greeting words in their mother tongue in the card. Since, Tamil was my mother tongue, i started writing in Tamil. I forgot "How to start with ". I felt ashamed of myself. My head was completely blank that time.
I realized i am putting my signature in Tamil after 6 years.
When we were in school, we used to write some essays in tamil, that time only we used to sign in tamil. After that,we dont have chance to use it in the place of signature. Whatever form you fill up, it might be your college certificates or agreement or bank documents, you will be signing in English. We wont use our mother tongue language to sign.
Even this blog post, i m typing it in English. So kindly use few opportunities to write in your mother tongue, because you can also be unique from others by using your mother tongue and also you wont forget your mother tongue. I am not asking/advising  you to do this in all the places, but you can do this like wishing some person or giving greeting card...,

I was interested in learning Scripting languages. When i discussed this with my friends they suggested me to learn Python, because its more powerful in scripting languages. I don't know even basic knowledge on scripting languages, so i started gathering documents for learning Perl..
