Life in the CITY

I was brought up in a rural environment that too in the southern districts of Tamilnadu.. Hope i am the first graduate of my family. While i was at school, i question myself to how to survive in the city, if i got a job over there.. Anyway, i work hard and some how i manage to get 90% in higher studies... So, through counselling i have done my B.E in Vellore.. as its very closer to the city, more often i got a chance to visit CHENNAI. So, i learnt a lot about the people, their stay and lifestyle..
I have visited so many cities in my life time so far... But to my concern... Chennai is the lovely place that i have ever seen.. Everything is cheaper.. no language probelms.. co-operative people.. good weather that suits my body as well as my mind... I am feeling really good....

Three R's in a Professional Life

Today, due to the economic slowdown, the professional life was worse than ever. To be frank, three R's are dominating their life. They were Recruitment, Retention and Recession. If a guy is recruited by the company, he would be in joy. His face would be glowing like a light. The next thing is Retention, which is the hikes or perks or incentives given to him by his performance, by the company. The Professonals would be happy with the first two R's. The third thing is Recession, which act as gateway from the floor to the ground.
Every professonal in this world are facing with the third R now. I pray the almighty in behalf of all, to show a positive sign in the Professonal Life

Literacy to All

Four to five years back, the adult education has been taught as a part time to the old people who knew nothing to study. Even today this system has been adopted. The main motive of this programme is to provide education to all. But the person, who is not good at study will chose illegal way as their carrier. So recently, innovative ideas have been launched to teach prisoners. The entire motive of the programme was to increase the literacy rate. If the people are educated they won’t be committing any mistake.
Even the prisoners are happy that they are taught to write, they learn yoga. Through yoga they learnt the purpose of life. So the trainers are saying that the prisoner's won’t be committing any mistake in the fore-coming future.
When a “Literacy camp” is held at ‘Puzahal’ jail, the prisoners are realizing that “we have done mistakes without our knowledge and we would assure in the future that we won’t be committing any mistake ”. If this continues, then no one would be present in the prison. Obviously, no one goes to hell, if no one commits the mistake.
So what’s the point is cheating would be reduced, if Literacy would be provided to all.

Blossom to my Career

Everyone’s first job would be the bud to their careers. But for me it happens to be the blossom, it’s because of the profession I choose. I have completed my UG in Electronics. With lot of dreams and passion, I stepped out of my college to have a successful career. The recession had created a barrier to my career. Even though, it couldn’t have capability to stop my confidence. I have tried my level best to make a career for me. Everything had been blocked by the recession. The worst thing is I can’t able to enter my core company too. So I decided to walk out of my home to step into the world of career.
My native is Thanjavur, so I decided to stay in the Chennai for enrolling my career. With the blessings of god, I have been selected as Tech Support Executive in a call centre. My college mates curse me to start a career in a call centre. But to be honest, I have learned a lot of things apart from the studies in the training session…
The only sorrowful thing is “I was not paid in my training”. The Chennai Life had taught me a lot about the people and their career and vice versa. I motivated me daily. Event though my job was a night job, I felt really satisfied with the job.
So this job was happen to be my Blossom of my career and I damn sure it won’t ever be my bud.

Swapping two variables

we can have a lot of fun with any programing languages, if you are understanding the concept and logic clearly, generally to swap two variables, we need a temp variable, but it can be done without that third variable too...
if we consider two variables x and y....
Here is the logic to swap two variables

x=x-y;
y=x+y;
x=y-x;

Have a check it out...
